I have never engaged with the business. They have been harassing me for years, first was phone calls. After I have blocked all of them they started with mails. So here is your reply: I will never ever engage with your desperate, bottom feeders, and all future mails will be returned to sender so feel free to continue waste your time and money.

This agency phoned me today by Riley saying the had a premium buyer that wanted to buy my property. He set up a meeting with Melissa. When we had the meeting with. she had no idea what I was talking about. Riley was also fishing for information about body corp fees, levies about one of the properties I own. I will leave this review up until I hear back from the director Jeremy

$40K difference $20K above my bottom line ======================================= I recently sold my city apartment and had a clear price point in mind that I wanted to achieve. I first gave the opportunity to a female agent from Ray White, who has since moved on mid-process, and made it very clear that this was my target price — she was told to only come to me if she could deliver that result. I invested $5,000 into a marketing campaign and followed advice to take the property to auction, but the outcome fell $20,000 short of my minimum expected price. I then engaged Gabriel, and the difference in results was outstanding. Without any paid advertising campaign at all, Gabriel not only met my expectations but secured a final price that was $20,000 above what I had asked for. What’s more, the sale was completed before the changes to Labor’s Capital Gains Tax policy were set to take effect, and the buyer was able to retain the benefits of negative gearing — making it a smooth, successful transaction where everyone walked away happy. Gabriel’s ability to deliver exactly what was promised (and more), without unnecessary costs, was impressive. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent who truly knows how to get the best possible result.

Kept calling me to ask if I wanted to sell my unit at newstead, eventhough I have told them more than 3 times to take me off the list throughout years!! Didn't know where they got my contact number in the first place, probably paid my property manager under the table to get it. As a property developer for over a decade, I don't think you should ever list your property with this unprofessional agency.
