I would strongly advise anyone considering using this property management company to think carefully before doing so. Our experience as tenants was extremely disappointing. Once we moved into the property, communication became almost non-existent. Whenever we needed assistance or had questions, our emails and requests often went unanswered. Water bills were not provided in a timely manner, resulting in multiple bills accumulating and having to be paid all at once. The worst part of the experience came at the end of our lease. We spent a significant amount of money having the property professionally cleaned, only to have the property manager and owner attend the final inspection and aggressively criticize the cleanliness of the property. We were then charged additional money despite our efforts to meet the required standards. The entire process was stressful, unprofessional, and poorly managed. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this property management company to either tenants or property owners looking for reliable and professional management services.

I had a great experience with Rachi Jhaveri as my property manager. She has been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and always responds very quickly to any questions or requests. Rachi is professional, reliable, and genuinely willing to help, which made everything much smoother and less stressful. I really appreciate her support and would highly recommend her to anyone.

A recent violent hailstorm in the ACT caused the fall of a very large gumtree located in the corner of my property, onto my yard and neighbouring properties resulting in significant damage. The tree trunk uprooted underground power cables and partially demolished the neighbouring adjacent fences. One of the neighbouring properties was a unit managed by Independent Property Group represented by Rachi Jhaveri. I explained to Rachi that any costs in repairing shared fences were insurance claimable, but divided between properties, 50/50 on shared fences in the ACT. Rachi appreciated this requirement, and contacted the landlord immediately to advise them of this. The landlord has agreed to their share of the cost. While this matter was being addressed by insurance companies, Rachi kindly kept all parties informed of the progress of the incident so that any claims could be dealt with expediently. It is this kind of attention to addressing client needs that makes Rachi a valued member of the property management community as it greatly assists tenants deal with issues where there is potential of conflict before they arise. It was a nightmare, but everyone came together to help resolve this unfortunate incident. Rachi and Independent Property were very helpful in their contribution of efforts. Thank you Rachi for your diligence in helping have this matter resolved without community conflict and keeping your clients informed of their rights and responsibilities. They were very responsive and professional through emails/calls etc. It was easy to get in touch with them and they constantly kept both my hubby and myself in the loop. They managed to get higher rentals than advertised for all our properties which was an added bonus. We are very impressed with their teamwork and would highly recommend them to anyone. Emily Larsen has been the property manager I've communicated with during the latter part of my tenancy at the Gungahlin Property. She's very responsive, attentive and supportive. I had her respond to my reference requests with my new property in Adelaide without any drama. The process of finding a new tenant to my property, getting my bond returned, and final inspection all went smooth without a hassle. My experience with the previous few property managers who managed my property were not very satisfactory. However, Emily did a fantastic job. I wish her all the very best. Keep up the good work.
