I’ve had Skye and Kerry from Hunt and Hunt Property Management looking after my property for the past 4 years, and they’ve been amazing the whole time. They’ve always been professional, reliable, easy to deal with, and genuinely cared about both the property and making everything as stress free as possible. Any issues were sorted out quickly and efficiently, and I always felt confident knowing everything was being taken care of properly. I’d happily work with them again in the future and would definitely recommend Skye and Kerry, more recently Lana as well to anyone looking for a great property management team.

I’ve been renting through Kerry Todd at Hunt and Hunt for the past 3 years, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better property manager. Kerry has always looked out for us as tenants and has been incredibly supportive the entire time. When our needs changed, she helped us move into a 2-bedroom property, which made a world of difference. She also approved my application when I was just 19 years old and renting on my own. That opportunity set me up for so much success in my adult life, and it’s something you don’t see or hear of often in the rental market. Rent prices have always been fair, communication is clear and respectful, and any servicing or maintenance is organised quickly and efficiently. It’s rare to find a property manager who is both professional and genuinely caring, but Kerry truly is. A big thank you as well to Lana and Skye, who have also been wonderful to deal with while Kerry has been on leave. The whole team creates such a positive renting experience, and I’ve always felt valued and supported as a tenant. I would happily recommend Kerry and the team to anyone looking to rent through them. Thank you again for making the last few years so smooth and stress-free. We hope to rent for many more years with Hunt and Hunt ⭐️!

Just wanted to write a review for Kerry Todd, who was my property agent for over a year in a beautiful house in College Park. Due to it being quite large with a swimming pool there were a number of maintenance items to address, and Kerry was absolutely incredible in managing the property. She was always super responsive, sorted any issues almost immediately, and was just generally a lovely person to deal with. I even altered the contract duration numerous times, and she went well above and beyond with the owner to accommodate my circumstances. I cannot recommend Kerry and Hunt & Hunt enough, and would welcome her as my agent again the future :) Thanks Kerry!

I cannot praise Kerry and the team enough. Any and every question I have had (regardless of how silly) Kerry had been there for me and answered all of them without hesitation or frustration. It’s really hard to find property managers that actually care about their tenants let alone a 24 year old girl looking to live alone. Kerry is truely amazing at her job and I cannot thank her enough for making everything as efficient, easy and simple as possible.
