What a stunning apartment - everything about it is 5 star. Beautiful furnishings, linen and what a shower head - wow. I won't be staying anywhere else when I go to Orange. Absolutely loved it 😍😍

Our stay was absolutely amazing! This self-catering home truly felt like a home away from home, with every comfort we could have asked for. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing and stress-free stay. The kitchen had everything required to prepare meals, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the living spaces were welcoming and cosy. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, making it easy to settle in and feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location was ideal, and the peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect place to unwind. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and memorable getaway. We can't wait to return!

We absolutely love staying at Botanic Base! The location is perfect and within easy walking distance to everything we needed. It makes for such a clean, comfortable, and convenient stay.

Had a fantastic stay over 2 nights in the loft apartment. Great set up with 2 ensuites, kitchen with all utensils and decent cooking options, and a terrific deck overlooking the grape vines. We walked down to the cellar door and enjoyed a bottle of Pinot in the garden on our last afternoon. Would definitely recommend and stay here in future.

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay at your house. It was pleasant to see both lounge and dining area had enough space for six people if needed. The place was clean and pleasant to enter. The sheets and towels were lovely and fresh. A few things we noticed - The door knob on the kitchen door was very loose and ended up falling off. Dishwasher had food residue around the outlet drain including corn kernels There was no soap or hand towel at the laundry sink to use after using the toilet when the bathroom is occupied. The plates, bowls, cups, glasses are all mismatched with at least 2 of the dinner plates have large chips on the edge. mostly there was less than 6 of anything in crockery. for accomodation for 6 there should be 12 of each item for use over the day and a loaded dishwasher. There were many very sharp long knives in the second drawer mixed with other kitchen utensils (why does any kitchen need 7 spatulas?). The drawer itself was dirty with food crumbs and other small food items in it. I moved all the large knives to the top drawer. There was no jug or water bottles to fill with tap water were for the fridge. None of the saucepans had lids that fit and the stovetop frypan had no lid at all. The baking tray was covered in baked on grease. The kitchen tap only had hot water, no cold The tv is on a flimsy stand. very dangerous if small children about. No clothes dryer or clothes airer made it difficult to dry clothes in wet weather. lots of round mirrors in various places but no full length mirror anywhere. We had an amazing time in Bathurst and surrounding areas, whilst our daughter was at Charles Sturt University - we stayed 11 nights. The house was beautifully maintained with all the comforts of your own home. Great location walking distance to city centre. The team that manages the property were the best I have had pleasure of working with, timely responses, couldn't do enough to ensure we had a great stay. If you are travelling to Bathurst for whatever reason, please consider this property it was fabulous - neighbours were great and very friendly as well!

Northbridge Townhouse - Wagga Wagga We stayed for 5 nights whist visiting for our son’s defence graduation. Very neat and tidy townhouse with modern décor. The property was exceptionally clean, with comfortable beds that made for a great stay. Having a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer as well as a second toilet was very convenient and appreciated. The location was excellent, and communication was great, with clear instructions for the self check-in and check-out process. I would definitely stay here again.
