Had a great experience with Ella at GV Property Management. Getting my investment property ready for tenancy turned into a drawn-out process with multiple compliance issues popping up along the way, plus a few unexpected setbacks. Despite that, Ella handled everything end-to-end while I was interstate and kept things moving without me needing to step in. It quickly became apparent that on top of Ella's own professionalism, she has built a solid network around her as each issue was handled promptly and, in some cases, resolved before I could follow up. Once the property was ready, it was leased within a week. Communication was consistent the whole way through. Being able to deal directly with the owner/operator made a big difference - quick responses, clear updates, and easy to get a hold of when needed.
