Geelong Real Estate Co.

We’ve recently engaged with GRECo to handle the property management of our investment. We dealt with Ted and Reece who were both incredible and able secure a tenant for us without even going to market. Since then, Britt has been our main point of contact and has been amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for Britt and she keeps us so incredibly informed about every aspect. It has been so seamless and hassle free and would recommend them to anyone looking for faultless property management!

We've had a fantastic experience with Jessica at Geelong Real Estate Co. She has been incredibly proactive and professional, organising repairs quickly, finding great new tenants in a short amount of time, and keeping us updated throughout the entire process. Her communication has been outstanding, and we've always felt well informed and supported. She's by far the best property manager we've worked with, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her or Geelong Realestate Co to anyone looking for reliable property management.

We recently had Ricky Forte come out to give us an appraisal on our home because we're thinking of possibly selling. We met Ricky in 2017 when we bought our first home, we then asked him to help us sell that house because we decided to built. My husband and I value Ricky"s honesty, integrity and transparency; no pushiness or BS. Selling a property is so stressful but Ricky takes an amount of pressure and stress off. I highly recommend GRECO and Ricky Forte. We wouldn't use anyone else.

I recently sold my property with Ricky Forte at Geelong Real Estate Co. Ricky was honest, professional and incredibly knowledgeable about the Geelong property market. He made the entire process simple and stress free. I was most impressed that Ricky was able to successfully sell my property off market, achieving a great outcome without the disruption of a full public campaign. His communication was excellent and I felt well informed. I highly recommend GRC's knowledge & professionalism.

Michaela was absolutely incredible to work with. She was professional, supportive, and always willing to help throughout the entire process. Her communication was excellent, and she made everything feel easy and stress-free. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome. We are so grateful for all of Michaela’s hard work and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and caring real estate agent. Thank you, Michaela, for making the experience such a positive one!

Our recent experience with Geelong Real Estate Co has been exemplary. Michaela handled the sale of our property. She was very knowledgeable about our area and guided us through the whole process of selling our house from start to finish. She was both friendly and professional and gave us sound information in achieving an optimal result. The office staff were very efficient and kept us informed during the sale campaign. We have no hesitation in recommending Michaela and Geelong Real Estate Co for your realestate needs.

I had a recent appraisal completed on my investment property. My first contact with Jess Templeton was absolutely delightful. Her professionalism and lovely nature put me immediately at ease. Jess contacted my tenants and organised an appraisal for 2 days after my initial phone call with her...super speedy indeed! Immediately after the appraisal was done, Jess called me (she hadn't even got back to her car yet!) with an update. Love her communication and her efficiency :)
