We have recently signed up with Fitzpatricks Real Estate to manage our Investment property at Wagga. Its been a wonderful experience working with Gemma. She is extremely meticulous and professional and keeps us informed of all updates in a timely manner. Having worked with many other property managers for our other investments I can confidently say our experience with Gemma and her team has been 10/10 so far.

Purchased a property with FRE. I must say the level of service and professionalism that was upheld throughout the process was exceptional. Their expertise in the area is also something I’d like to make mention. Dealt with Jake and Olivia, who took care of us for our purchase with our BA and even sent us a post-settlement gift to congratulate us, which had some of the best shortbread cookies. The place was marketed immediately after and Gemma managed the property. She handles her clients with utmost professionalism and courtesy. Every step of the way, she informed us of items that had to be done for the property before tenants moved in through detailed videos, descriptions and phone calls. With speed and their systems set in place, she managed to secure us a tenant in a short period of time. We are extremely grateful to Gemma, Jake and Olivia for assisting us with our property journey.
