First National Real Estate Bathurst

It was a pleasure dealing with Casey and the whole First National Bathurst team who sold our 2 properties over a 2 month time frame. A wonderful result for all of us. It was stress free and nothing was too much trouble for Casey. The marketing on both properties was awesome and can highly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their home or commercial premises.

The property management team at First National were incredibly helpful. We were managed by Kathryn, who always tried to respond to any requests or inquiries in a timely manner. Although the condition report was quite outdated, and the house wasn't in the best condition, we were able to work around it, ensuring everything was well-taken care of. Due to the condition of the house, we had to submit many maintenance requests, with many of them being handled and completed as soon as possible.

The property management team at First National Bathurst was always quick to respond to any maintenance reports filed online and always responded to emails in a timely fashion.

We rented through first national for six months. Before this we rented a property through a well known real-estate for five years and having had the property sold we were getting desperate to find a home. Our situation was getting desperate as we had applied for more than 20 rentals and had got nowhere. I initially approached the staff at first national by walking in and speaking to the staff on the desk there. Chloe and the staff were so friendly and helpful with finding us a home to live in. They were attentive yet empathetic towards our situation and made moving less stressful and they were really easy to communicate with and answer any questions. Unfortunately the property we moved into sold within five months of our six month lease and we had to move again. This situation was out of anyones control. Despite this Chloe went out of her way to fully help us look for another property. Her phone calls and communication to us was always helpful, friendly and polite. She made the vacation process easy and stress free. The previous real-estate we went through were the complete opposite of this. I would 100 % recommend Chloe and the rental manager at Bathurst First National. Thank you so much Chloe and the First National team.

I have been involved with other agents that are well mannered and nice to deal with in meetings, but dont always come back with results. Casey at Bathurst First National has always got back to us and achieved the result we wanted, including when both buying as well as selling - I am not sure how she manages to achieve well at both ends but she somehow does. We also recently approached Morgan who is their property manager to find a tenant for our investment property. There were some special conditions that were problematic for the previous agent we approached, but First National still obliged with a can do approach - for some reason it wasn't too much trouble for them. Given all of the above, they are my first choice of agent for all areas - buying, selling or property management as they are clearly more determined to make stuff happen compared to any other agent we have used before.

My partner and I were looking for our first rental property and first national went above and beyond to help us out. We first inspected a property with Jackie who referred us to Kathryn and the two of them were amazing as they were making a concerted effort for communication and transparency. Ultimately this led to my partner and I finding a perfect home for our family.

I have had an excellent experience as a tenant with Katie being an incredible property manager, and First National going above and beyond even from before our tenancy started. Jarod went out of his way to organise a viewing of the property the day after we spoke. They were professional, approachable, and very responsive whenever I had a question or maintenance request. Everything was handled quickly and smoothly, which makes living in the property stress-free. I really appreciate the clear communication and genuine care. Highly recommended.
