Explore Property Cairns City

$950 for property clean out of my deposit. Lived in for 8 Months. I'm super clean too. Good business for them.

Not surprised to see a 4.8 average rating from over 400 reviews. I was recommending this thoughtful, marvellous powerhouse of a team on social media and realised I owed it to them to also share it on Google. I’ve been with Explore Property in EdgeHill for a number of years and have had two truly exceptional property managers. Jozie was an absolute powerhouse and has since moved on to other (equally cool) things in life. Lynette then took over and has been nothing short of amazing. She is professional, thorough, genuine, and manages your property, and your peace of mind, as if it were her own. She does her job so flippin’ well that I genuinely never have to worry. When issues arise, they’re always communicated clearly via email, along with practical recommendations and options (so problems come with solutions, not stress). I’m incredibly grateful to have such a great team. I especially value that Lynette is fair, and that her recommendations always thoughtfully consider both the landlord and the tenants, with respect for everyone involved. Highly recommend.

Explore property have been amazing, efficient and so lovely. Jacinta helped us immensely and we will be forever grateful. Thank you Explore Property, you are the best!

A smooth and reassuring rental process. We had an excellent experience with Explore property when renting out our home. From the start, they took the time to understand our situation and expectations, and guided us with clarity and professionalism. Communication was smooth, transparent, and timely, which made the entire process stress-free. As locals, their strong knowledge of the local rental market was invaluable, particularly in setting the right rental price and finding suitable tenants. Reliable, approachable, and efficient, we felt well supported throughout and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent out their property with confidence.

I give Explore a 5✨️ not only cause I was successful with getting my rental with them, but because Jacinta Hope was kind & related with my struggle of finding a rental whilst I was living a city away. We both found time that suited and planned a zoom inspection before I locked in the property and the process was smooth. Finding a rental that is affordable and well maintained is A+ I bet the journey will be positive!

I've been using Explore Property Cairns since 2017, and would absolutely recommend them for anyone looking for a property manager. They are very professional, reliable, and really know what they're doing. I can't think of a single time when I felt they could have done better. I've worked with a few of their agents and they've all been fantastic. Quite simply an outstanding service!

Absolutely exceptional service from Nicole Bragg and the Explore team selling our home. Her professionalism, attention to detail and five star service saw our property sell quickly, smoothly and for a great price. No job is too small for Nicole and her outstanding efforts in marketing, presenting and selling our property took all of the stress out of our house sale. If you are looking for an authentic agent who knows all there is to know about real estate, I can’t recommend Nicole highly enough. Thank you again Team Bragg!
