We have had a wonderful experience with Vicki as our property manager. We first discovered her when she managed our neighbour's property. We overheard her employing contractors to smarten up the property and get it ready for new tenants. And the tenants she found were always great and respectful of us as neighbours. She did the same with our investment to guide us with what it needed to get it market ready. She is proactive in highlighting property maintenance, and we feel very safe with our investment in her hands. Statements are always punctual, and payment is readily made at the end of the month. Vicki is very easy to communicate with and always available to answer any concerns. I didn't know property managers like this existed as she cares about the care of our property as much as we do. We would happily recommend her services to other investment owners.
