Whats the point of having a company when your strata manager works from home

I'd like to thank Emerson Raine and in particular strata manager Jayde Boucher for their ongoing support, positive working relationship and communication with the Ocean Beach Strata Company and Council of Owners. Once we settled in with Emerson Raine after changing from another company and we ironed out a few small communication issues we have been very happy with the service. Our Strata Manager Chayla has been very efficient and reactive to any queries or issues we have had. She is ahead of all actions needed re AGM's Levies , Insurance etc. We have run smoothly and efficiently over the year together

Having been involved with Strata Titled properties since 1987 I have been involved with many Strata Managers over that time. Chayla who is the Strata Manager on two complexes that we are involved in is by far the most efficient and thorough manager that we have dealt with. Her attention to detail is exemplary, easy to contact and gets things done. Something that is lacking in Strata Management is the follow up after having made contact with your strata manager, this is definitely not the case with Chayla, Chayla gets things attended to and keeps you informed at all times. At times a strata managers role may need to be affirmative, understanding and flexible. Chayla is that and very much more. Within our two complex’s Chayla is held in the highest regard.

At the Broadwater Executive Villa's in Broadwater we have enjoyed working with Chayla Peart from Emerson Raine for the last few years. Chayla has been pleasant, supportive and very effecient in all our dealings with her. She is excellent at her job and we always feel confident and grateful to her for her dedication and strong work ethic.
