For over a decade I have been dealing with Edwards Windsor property management. During that time, I have had an excellent association with the property managers I have dealt with over the years. I have always found this organization to have a duty of care for the various property's they have managed. In more recent times I have been dealing with Kevin Jubb who is the manager of commercial property. I have found him to be vigilant in his approach and always approachable and considerate. Dear All, I would like to share my experience after living for one and a half years with Edward Windsor Real Estate. My property manager, Emma, has been one of the worst agents I have dealt with during my many years living in Australia. I was renting the property at 1/7 Dalkeith Court, Sandy Bay, and had always paid my rent on time without any issues. Recently, I was asked to vacate the property. I was told that the owner wanted to give the property as a gift to their daughter. This came as a shock, as I had been a reliable tenant for over a year and a half. I even offered to pay an increased rent in line with the current market value, but my request for an extension was refused. I vacated the property on 16/03/2026, when the rent was $465 per week. Finding a new place was extremely difficult, especially with young children, and this situation caused significant stress for my family. However, I have now seen that the same property is back on the market for $520 per week. This makes me feel that I was misled about the reason for ending my tenancy. I was willing to pay the increased rent, but instead I was told information that does not appear to be true. I find this situation very disappointing and unfair.
