I’ve had a really positive experience renting through Edwards Real Estate Co. Communication is always friendly and helpful, and maintenance requests are responded to and organised quickly. I also really appreciate the way they acknowledge tenants who take care of the property. It’s a small thing, but it genuinely makes you feel appreciated and respected as a tenant. It’s been refreshing dealing with a smaller agency that feels personable and responsive. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.
I am a tenant at one of the properties that Edwards Real Estate manages and before them it was managed by one of the major real estate agents. Communication has mostly been through Jaidina and so far it has been a breath of fresh air. From personal physical “thank you” cards to quick and friendly email responses give me the impression that they not just care about the property but the person(s) who rent it as well. Thank you!
Jaidina and Misha, from Edwards Real Estate Co, took over managing a couple of rental properties recently and I have found them to be professional, proactive and thorough. I highly recommend them.
The property I have rented long term has recently been managed by this company. More than happy with the efficiency & professional way in which they conduct their services. Prompt & responsive to any queries I have encountered. Thankyou so much to the staff at Edwards
Edwards recently took over management of the apartment I live in from an ever incompetent Ray White West End. Massive thank you to Jaidina for her prompt and direct communication- always quick to help and a huge asset to their team, a real superstar. Receipts for payments are also quick and every cent is accounted for accordingly-if you need a business competent in both managing your property financially and meeting residents needs, look no further.
Adam and Jaidina were an absolute pleasure to work with They provided the right advice, found a highly suitable tenant in no time and at the right price.
Always a pleasure to deal with. Friendly, responsive with great communication. Highly recommend!
