East Sydney Realty (Zetland)

I highly recommend this agency! They are very honest and always responsive. I’ve never had a single issue with them. It’s rare to find an agency that is this reliable and professional. Thank you for your great service! 🙌

For years Frances was our real estate agent and was always very efficient in addressing any issues we had. Inspections, and our entry and exit of the lease was simple and smooth. Would recommend

I had an excellent experience working with Frances Zhang. She was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand my needs and provided clear communication, making everything smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy rental agent.

Frances is an exceptional property manager to work with. Her professionalism, clear communication, and attention to detail make collaboration seamless and efficient. It’s always a pleasure supporting her properties, and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a reliable and dedicated property manager.

Frances is very kind, nice and most importantly, professional. She helped manage my property for years and always come with a best solution.

I had an excellent experience working with [Real Estate Agency’s Name]. They were professional, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. From start to finish, they were attentive to my needs, answered all my questions, and provided valuable insights into the market. I truly felt supported every step of the way. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable real estate team

Frances is extremely unhelpful, unprofessional and irresponsible in her actions. We are currently renting a property they manage in Wetherill Park. We have assisted and taken the initiative to facilitate the aircon repairs and managed much of the process on their behalf. However the repair bills remain unpaid despite multiple requests. It was not until today she is willing to pay for that bill only after sending rude emails to us. She needs to improve the way she conducts her business and be respectful. I would be mindful in doing business with her. Addit: if only she put the same level of attention and enthusiasm in providing a response to this Google review with her work then East Sydney Realty would be International Realty
