We have had urgent repair works in request for 3 months, since the time we moved in and no response. No working oven, non compliant range hood, hot water that has turned off twice but still no plumbing assessment, no bin key, toilet broken and constantly running water. Despite multiple emails, having fair trading involved etc - DuChataeu either stop responding to requests or only answer one request in the full scope. We have now requested to immediately and urgently vacate our property with no penalty, however, have not received a response. If you enjoy being treated as scum, ignored and forced to have cold showers on 6 degree mornings, DuChataeu is the place to go. However, if you believe your life is worth something and you should have access to basic living amenities, run far far away.
