Agent came to value our house with a view to selling it for us. He then put together a brochure which had the wrong address splashed across the title page. Absolutely sums up all we needed to know about their professionalism and attention to detail. Needless to say we have gone with an agent who can identify the address of the property. FURTHER UPDATE: I did respond to the owner's invitation to follow up with more information and was completely ignored. Not even an apology for their bad service or an explanation for the oversight. As I said, that tells me all I need to know.
