What I appreciate most is that you’re never made to feel like just another number. The team takes the time to listen, communicate well and go the extra mile when needed. It’s clear they care about both property owners and tenants, which isn’t always easy to find. Looked at two houses choice real estate has for rent and both agents were lovely to talk to had a little chat was so nice to have a chat unlike most of the other real estates we have looked at houses thru dont want to talk at all just seem unfriendly so was nice having a chat

Choice Real Estate has always been accurate in their unit inspection(s). At no time has Choice Real Estate allowed the property to go without an inspection. As a renter, I have never experienced excellent services like that of Choice Real Estate. Choice Real Estate can only deliver property services if the owner(s) allow them to do so. Therefore, any property owner who does little to maintain/fix the property should not expect the Real Estate Agent to be the problem. Property owners have a serious responsibility to ensure they're following the law. As a renter, I looked after the property and paid for things that most renters refuse to pay for. I believe, Choice Real Estate did everything they could to assist me, and it is likely they did everything to assist the property owner(s). If the property owner(s) want their investment looked after than they should invest money into their investment as the weather do what the weather does best (destroy homes etc). Property owners and the renter(s) must work together via a manager and Choice Real Estate did just that. A big well done to them and the owners - as I move on to another rental property, I will miss Choice Real Estate (thank you V.). There is no way I could give this Real Estate Agent and owners anything less, "5 STARS".

I feel incredibly fortunate to have used Shawn on selling my house he was so amazing to deal with and sold my house in the first week . I also have Shawn the property manager for one of my investment properties, whens things need to be done it's like he cast's a little bit of magic and things always work out .
