If you're a first home buyer don't even bother with Peter Darby, he only seems to care when you're an investor or someone with a bunch of properties already. Despite increasing our offer and being willing to pay more, Peter ignored us and went with another buyer who apparently would be "so much faster" than a first home buyer, despite us having full pre-approval ready to go. Would not recommend.
