If you do not want to hear back from the company then go ahead with cardamone real estate. Peter does not reply to enquiries, does not contact you back and over exaggerates value. Never been so disappointed

Our recent sale of our property with Cardamone was an EXCELLENT experience! We cannot praise Peter and Mark highly enough for their professionalism, honesty and attention to detail. The main reason we went with Cardamone was TRUST we trusted this company to look after the sale properly . Nothing was ever a hassle for either Peter or Mark and we were 100% supported throughout the process! Our property ended up selling in a little under 2 weeks off market . And yes Mark you are both a Million dollars !

Peter was Over exaggerated, over price estimates my property just to list my home for selling. Shown me that he has some business buyers to buy my property, I believed him and let him sell the house. After signing contract, very poor communication, no message back or let me know if someone will come to inspect the house while I’m in the house sometimes. on the first open day there was no one shown up due to price too high. My house is in very good location and good condition but because of the high price and poor advertising plus communication, took him almost 3 months to sell the house ( 100k less than the listing price which was 20% less than what we expected). After 3 months of selling, then signing selling contract, then it took 2 more months to settle, total spend time 5 months plus. there was no communication not even letting me know he put the sold sign on the house, not even final inspection date, not even taking the last keys for new owner. He said because I was the one who tell him to list that high price. If I know how to sell the house I won’t pay him 12000$ to sell my house. When I spoke to lots if my friends about Peter, they had very bad experiences with peter while buying house too.

Disappointed to say the least… we were first home buyers and were wanting to inspect a property a few months back now. Agent was 15 mins late and had the wrong keys for the house. i was understanding at the time as mistakes happen. Peter assured me he would contact us the following Monday to organise another time to have a look at the house. never heard back from him. sent emails requesting an inspection for another property also rang a few times to follow up as i hadn’t heard anything. receptionists told me they would pass the message on to peter. as of today, we still haven’t received any contact from Cardamone or Peter. unsure if we did something wrong or they just don’t want our business…? absolute waste of time and will be looking for our first home somewhere else.

Professional but not pushy. Cameron was easy to talk to and he always kept me up to date with what was happening. Selling your home is such a stressful time but Cameron's manner made the whole experience easier for me. His advice was spot on and my house sold quickly and for the right price

I found Cameron to be a top tier agent, he was very approachable and advised some little things I could do to get the most for my house, always contacted me about offers and was always happy to chat and discuss the sale and did everything he could to get the sale over the line, contacting me after every step was completed from the initial offer the settlement, Cameron was great and I would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting to sell or purchase a property.
