Problem in kitchen and bathroom fixed very fast plumber had all the taps so did not have to go and come back

Smoke Alarm check We had our smoke alarms checked today. They replaced the batteries I believe. All work was done quickly and professionally. They also checked the power box and reported that was probably a fault in the safety switch.

Liz met us at the property for a personal inspection and advised what was yet to be done before it would be ready for new residents (hopefully us). She was very knowledgeable and helpful and the property was well presented.

Liz is maybe the classiest real estate agent I've ever dealt with. When she was managing the rental property I lived at, she represented the interests of the owner well, while still leaving us feeling respected as tenants. That's a difficult needle to thread, and I respect how well she did so. If I'm ever in a position to lease out a property, Liz is exactly the kind of property manager I'd look to represent me.
