Cairns Leading Real Estate

Hard working, always available, honest. We chose Grant and Cairns Leading Real Estate to sell our house because they were very professional and great communicators during our time renting our house. It was an obvious choice to give them exclusivity on the sale of our home, because we trusted their knowledge of the market, and their assessment of our houses potential. We were very satisfied with the work and communication throughout the selling process from Grant and his team, and would recommend him to anyone looking to rent or sell their property, just like he was recommended to me from a friend of mine. Thank you again Cairns Leading Real Estate for a pleasant selling experience.

Very professional business and grateful to have Mel Turner looking after our investment property. She makes everything so much easier which is great as we are interstate landlords. We’ve had to do some minor repairs to the property and she’s kept us in the loop the whole time + ensured that these were fixed as soon as possible. Would highly recommend Mel and the business from both a landlord and tenants perspective. Thanks again Mel Ryan and Tony.

Ellise was our property manager recently while we rented until we purchased our new home. She was amazing!! Very helpful and supportive and proactive. I highly recommend Cairns Leading Real Estate!!! Ellise was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any issues that we had at the property. Thank you Ellise

Ellise was my property manager in 2 properties and I only have good things to say. Thank you for making the rental process so easy, trustworthy and clear. Also when the landlord decided to sell, Ellise took care of it with empathy and looked for another property that met all my expectations All the team in Cairns Leading Real Estate is exceptional also Ken when the property went for sale he always contacted me prior and was very mindful and respectful to cause as less disturbance as possible, the house was sold by him really quick. As a tenant that could be a really stressful moment and both Ken and Ellise made it smooth and simple. Thank you

As I have a small Locksmith business I often deal with Grant and the team at Cairns Leading Real Estate. Hands down the best Real Estate to deal with in Cairns as their can do attitude is worth more then 5 Stars. Keep up the awesome work.

Very happy with the team at Cairns Leading Real Estate! Ellise Carney was our property manager and was always super kind and helpful with everything we needed. Made life so much easier having such a great property manager that always went above and beyond and looked after us well. Hopefully our next Real Estate will be as good as these guys. Thanks heaps again

The Customer Service is awesome. Ellise, the property manager always follows up with my queries and never fails to keep the communication flowing whether by email or a phone call.
