We had an excellent experience working with James and his team at BUYR to find our property. Having moved from Melbourne we weren't very familiar with the suburbs, market and value of Gold Coast real estate and with James' assistance we were able to purchase a property that ticked every box for us without overspending. We were very particular about what we were looking for and at times had changing goal points and James patiently worked with us for 6 months presenting multiple off market opportunities along the way to ensure we purchased the correct property for our needs. With a new baby we had limited time to attend inspections, something James was able to do for us, providing excellent video and photo perspectives which was hugely helpful. Before settlement James was able to take us through the process and our entitlements as well as conducting last minute inspections of the property to ensure it had been maintained through the settlement period. He followed up with us after settlement to ensure the move had gone smoothly. At no point in the process did we feel any pressure to proceed with a property that we weren't completely happy with and James would often highlight how certain properties presented may not suit our particular needs. His communication was excellent, always keeping us up to date on the status of properties we were interested in and always responding to any concerns or issues we raised usually within the hour but always the same day. James represented us at the auction for the property we purchased and we were very impressed with his auction strategy and the price he was able to negotiate, which we would absolutely not have been able to achieve ourselves. It's been wonderful working alongside James and his team the last 6 months and we are very grateful for their assistance in allowing us to purchase our dream home!

Started talking with Buyr about 18 mths ago when we were considering our options around selling in Brisbane and moving to the Coast. Stayed in touch until we were ready to make the move.
