She got that, and it would appear that she often deals with buyers she's only met remotely, as her process and methodology involved ongoing and clear communication via phone, messages, email and video. She took a detailed brief from us and was then able to steer us in a way that added value to our investment plans, and was realistic with the current market conditions. Tiffany helped us refine our strategy to target 'growth assets' with development and subdivision potential. Her understanding of local planning rules, and her engagement with external experts when she didn't have the answers to what we were asking was so critical to our process, and so helpful. She ensured we bought a viable asset rather than making an uneducated mistake. Her approach identified exclusive off-market opportunities for us, which meant we were not competing with other buyers. When it came time to buy, Tiffany found us a corner-block property that we intend to rent out. However, she also negotiated for the vendor to complete several cosmetic upgrades before settlement, that we had expected we would need to do ourselves, after settlement. The cost savings to us have MORE than covered her very reasonable fees for acting on our behalf. Beyond this, Tiffany connected us with local building inspectors, conveyancers, and property managers. Although I sought independent quotes as part of my due diligence, I quickly found her team to be highly competitive and market-savvy. It made no sense to hire unvetted providers online when Tiffany offered a trusted network that we knew would prioritise our interests We cannot recommend Tiffany more highly, to act on your behalf in the South Australian property market. My expectations going into this process were fairly low - I certainly didn't expect to save money by engaging a Buyers Agent, and I certainly did not expect to have the process driven so well by our Buyers Agent. Buying a property is time consuming, requires focus and attention, and Tiffany managed to keep us to a very strict timeline that had us engage her at the end of November, and sign contracts at the end of February. 100% recommend - she over delivered on Every Single Promise!
