We recently purchased an investment property through Bluestone Buyers Agents and had such a positive experience working with Vinko throughout the process. Do not use. This agent was unable to find us a house. We had to find our own. We asked him to check the house and complete the handover inspection and get a few details of the house so we could prepare it for when we move interstate to it. He failed to get those details, the only thing he was asked to do. He still expected a massive fee for no results. Upon arriving to the house, it was putrid. He informed us it had been cleaned for handover and the problems in the house are endless costing us thousands to repair. Most of were specific requirements I asked him to check as this is not my first purchase. The bathrooms were covered in mould, 5+ leaking taps, appliances not working (which legally have to as a part of a purchase unless bought in as in condition which it was not) wiring faults and lights not working, Gas leaks, the list goes on. We approached him about recieveing compensation for this as he was instructed to check many of these items and stated they were all good to go and recieved a flat out refusal. Absolutely do not use this buyers agent.

While it would be nice to gatekeep Vinko, he truly deserves all the recognition and praise. He’s been nothing but supportive throughout this entire process - coordinating everything and genuinely being the backbone of my project. He consistently goes above and beyond, and I really respect his work ethic and integrity - it’s honestly unlike any other BAs out there. So, SO glad I found Vinko and decided to work with him. Highly recommend!!
