Although we weren’t successful this time with our application for a rental property, I have to say, Katerina was wonderful, very communicative, caring, and genuinely tried to help secure the rental. She understood long term ‘homelessness’ and how demoralising it can be, and went above and beyond to help. My experience with rental property managers hasn’t been ideal, most are non-caring in their manner and approach, not at all helpful, not willing to assist or help to improve applications. I found Katerina to be exactly the opposite, a breath of fresh air in an industry where many earn and deserve their reputations, Katerina and the team at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Brisbane definitely earn their good reputation. I would very highly recommend them, and will be certainly contacting them in future if we need a rental property.
