Aurora Property Brisbane South

We have been involved in renting a property for many years and I would like to say we have never had a property manager as good as Alexandra. She responds so quickly to any query, she promptly deals with any problems using her expert tradies and is the most pleasant person. We have just changed tenants and the change over has been seamless. Aurora Property is so lucky to have her on their team.

It can be very challenging looking for a rental property, applications don’t always get acknowledged or you are not updated on the progress of your application . You are left wondering where you stand and if you need to keep looking or not as there is usually a certain time pressure on securing a property. Our experience with Aurora was not like this at all. There was constant communication and updates as to the progress. The application and procedure was straight forward and user friendly. Staff were helpful and efficient. Once accepted we were offered assistance connecting utilities. The entire process was professional and easy. We look forward to further dealings with this agency as our property management.

We had an excellent experience with the agency throughout the entire leasing process for our new apartment. I would especially like to recognize Michelle Papik for her outstanding professionalism, dedication, and exceptional customer service. From the very beginning, she provided clear and transparent information, responded promptly to our questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Michelle was always approachable, helpful, and genuinely committed to ensuring that everything went as smoothly as possible. Her communication was excellent, and her attention to detail gave us confidence every step of the way. It is rare to find someone so dedicated to delivering such a high standard of service. We are truly grateful for her support and highly recommend both Michelle and the agency to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and customer-focused property management team. Thank you again for making our experience such a positive one.

I can't thank Alexandra and Sean enough for the professionalism and care they have both shown me in securing a new rental. They were simply awesome in everything they did. They went the extra mile for me which showed me that Aurora definitely do have the care factor and it's clear to see that their team does too. Thanks again Alexandra and Sean.

We've had a fantastic experience with Aurora Property Brisbane South while searching for a rental property. Sean, Kerrie and Mary Grace have all been extremely helpful, from initial inspection to the final stage. They provided clear communications, regular updates in a friendly manner and with great patience. They made the whole application process much easier for us, which we really appreciated!

A big shoutout to Maddison Webb from Aurora Property South Brisbane. Maddison Webb manages 2 of our Coorparoo properties. I have been extremely pleased with Maddisons responsiveness, professionalism, attention to detail, positive attitude and ability to get things done. Specifically I'm impressed with; Maddisons responsiveness and availability in all forms of commumicatiuons. Her approach to quarterly property inspections where I receive invitations to attend the inspection and detailed reports with comprehensive list of photos and recommendations as to any works required. Maddisons attention to detail and prompt attention and communication on any maintenance works at the property. By way of comparison we have other property managers managing properties in SEQ and the service provided by Aurora, Jo Slack and Maddison is significantly better than any of these other managers.

We have entrusted our rental property Aurora at Bulimba for some years and had several good property managers in that time. Property Management is a hard thankless job. To our great pleasure for the last year Olivia has been our PM. She is outstanding and a credit to Aurora, a dedicated professional who cares about what she does for you, the tenants and your property, we are so pleased she was our PM, she takes the worry away and is clearly dialed in to what she does, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
