In a stacked market full of buyers agents fighting for your business—often with alternative motives, sub standard market experience and cheap social media sales pitches—it can be a hard field to navigate. I can honestly say from my first contact with Adam via email and Zoom, there was a genuine, 'no-fluff' approach with no lame sales pitch and it was evident he loves what he does. Actually, there was not a sales pitch, just an upfront and honest conversation with no BS - just the way I like it. Like anything, you get what you pay for and Adam is an example of this. No request was too difficult and response times were quick and clear. This down-to-earth, passionate, and friendly approach made my decision to engage him extremely easy. Couldn’t recommend a better buyers agent! As a sales agent I work with many buyers agents across the board, but Adam has always stuck out to me. He always has his clients interests and long term goals as the highest priority. He doesn’t take every deal that comes his way, he does thorough due diligence checks, is constantly analysing the market and checks properties on ground not just virtually! He is punctual, professional and outstanding to work with.
