⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service from ACE Body Corporate ACE Body Corporate are very easy to deal with and always efficient and professional. Strata Manager Simon Hage and his team are friendly, responsive and great to work with. Highly recommended!
I've noticed the the 5 star reviews on here are mainly by the people who work in the industry or have vested interests! There is a post however, saying not to trust a certain management person who is apparently dishonest. Well my complaint is that ACE have been putting up Strata fees at my Mothers townhouse every 6 months, my Mother is now 100 years old so I have her living with me and am trying to sell her place. My heart sank when I saw the new increased Strata fee the other day - Ace as per usual will keep jacking the amount up every 6 months. . this has affected the selling of my Mums place. Also I didnt get very far when I spoke to a manager about the increases more than a year ago, he justifyed by saying because the townhouses are old yet when I told him that other townhouses of same vintage were asking less he became irritated and did not want to discuss. Additionally a few years ago, I was told that the Gables and Fascia boards were going to be painted ...STILL NOTHING!! So I ask ACE management where is the money going? AND do ACE realise that future investors who need renters will not buy properties with high Strata Fees.
