We recently sold our house through Craig and couldn't be happier with the experience. He was incredibly easy to deal with; professional, approachable, and optimistic about our property's value compared to other agents we spoke with. From the moment we told Craig we were ready to go ahead, we had a great offer within 24 hrs, and the entire process from there was smooth and stress-free through Craig's industry connections. We're really glad we chose to work with him and would happily recommend him to others.
I have been a tenant for over 2 years and everything was ok, as it was supposed to be. We did have urgent repairs before and was fine and quick, the only problem is to request non-urgent repairs. I have been sending emails since December/2024 (now, May/2025), not a single acknowledgement email was received back. Tried emailing different property managers even and still nothing. I just wonder if the owner of the house knows that their fence is bending/falling/getting damaged. Plus, because of this, we cant clean part of the backyard.
Jade manages our rental property and we couldn't be happier, she is amazing. I would recommend her 100%. Jade informs us immediately of any issues that come up and deals with them quickly and efficiently. Her guidance in choosing tenants has been invaluable and we have been so happy with every choice. If you are looking for someone you can trust to manage your property, no need to look any further.
Craig has gone above and beyond in the sale of my property. His communication was excellent and frequent, professional yet approachable, and honest. I highly recommend Webster Real Estate in sales and property management.
As an ex tenant, highly recommend both Craig and Jade at Webster Real Estate! Punctual with responses and addressing any concerns during our tenancy as well as informative communication and liasing with us constantly at the conclusion of our tenancy to ensure a smooth departure. Highly professional team. Both agents have also been of amazing assistance at helping us find our next home.
Craig and Jade have been fantastic to work with over the last 10 years. Always courtesy and have gone well over expectations. We've used them when we were buyers, sellers as well as using their rental agency service. Always great to deal with and have always looked after our property. Highly recommend Webster Real Estate for all your real estate requirements.
Jade was a wonderful host, never felt in 4 years that we were tenants of the property. The owner of the property Kevin is an amazing person. Me and my wife were new in Australia and didn't know anyone but both of them took very good care of us. We really appreciate it.
