The Real Estate Agency

I cannot recommend The Real Estate Agency highly enough. Being a smaller boutique Agency the level of personal service and industry knowledge they offer their clients far surpasses that provided by the larger companies. I rented a property which was managed by Lindi and Aiwen, even though it was only for a short time I found dealing with them an absolute pleasure. I have now moved into a new property which I love but the only down side is that it is not managed by these ladies.

We have been with Lindi and her team of professionals for a little bit more than a couple of years now and couldn’t ask for a better service! She is very caring and attentive to people’s needs and expectations. Her and her team always do their very best to ensure a quality service and they are very human as well which is unusual on this industry but surely appreciate! Couldn’t ask for a better agency !

Lindi and her team are brilliant. They're simply the best! From the moment Lindi showed me the rental, the whole process has been smooth and so easy. Lindi is very helpful, knowledgeable and really cares. No issue is too small as Lindi takes the time to work it through, always leading to a very satisfactory response. I am so glad Lindi is managing the process for me!

Lindi at The Real Estate Agency gave us the VIP treatment as tenants. Always attending to any issues we had promptly and communicating clearly. Highly recommend Lindi and her team at the Real Estate Agency for any of your real estate needs. Thanks again!

Lindi is an exceptional agent, one that is almost, if not definitely, rare within Sydney's Real Estate realm. Our experience with The Real Estate Agency along with Lindi and her team of high calibre team has been a dreamlike. From the point of inspection to now, sadly, after ending our lease, she has been a beacon of high hopes and impeccable service delivery. Lindi goes above and beyond to assist the tenant's with an ease of kindness and professionalism. She exudes goodwill with an understanding of situational needs and wants. She was incredibly supportive during the mayhem of Covid-19 when it wasn't the case with other landlords, tenants and agents around Sydney. We are so incredibly blessed to have found The Real Estate Agency and will forever will be grateful for all of your help and support. Thank you Lindi! We are going to miss you heaps!!

I have used every single on of Lindi's services over the last 5 years. I met her when I wanted to find a managing agent for my unit in Ashfield. We needed more space but at that point, weren't ready to make another purchase. Lindi was super responsive, professional and fun, and she did exactly as she promised - she rented my place out quickly to amazing tenants and provided really clear and regular updates. She also gave great advice and support in managing a failing strata firm. I knew her standards were high, because at the same time she rented us a beautiful house in Lilyfield. Not only was a receiving inspection reports for the place in Ashfield - I was at the end of her tenant inspections!! When it came time to sell the Ashfield place, Lindi was my absolute guru. She not only predicted the price we would get, but she also worked really hard to make sure we did. Every piece of advice she gave me along the way was well heard and all added to the value we got at the end of the day. I recently used Lindi as our buyers agent and again, she came through. She took all of the hard work and angst out of dealing with the real estate and saved us a fair bit of money in the process. I can't recommend Lindi enough to be honest. She's a straight shooter, a person of deep integrity and I trust her 1000%. If you're thinking of buying, selling, becoming a landlord or looking to rent a place - Lindi is the best!!

Lindi Sing-Kim is the most genuine, caring and sincere real estate agent I've met. We can't thank Lindi enough for welcoming myself, and my girls, to the neighbourhood. She wouldn't hesitate to introduce us to the neighbours or invite us to the Christmas street get together. We always felt welcomed and I appreciate that so much. She is easy to contact and would address any issues straight away. Lindi is a hard worker She is Professional and I highly recommend her!!
