Tradesmen beware of working with Tamworth Property Co, particularly Narelle who wants you to go back again and again to fix petty things that weren’t listed in the quote, but won’t pay you until it’s done. When payment reminders are ignored, a small business has no choice but to pull the pin with this company and concentrate on other real estates who know your worth. Since then we have met other contractors who have said the same so be warned before you take on Narelle’s jobs.

Tried to up rent with only a weeks notice. Never do anything to fix the property or problems with the property. Will try and take as much money as possible front you. Told a young family their rental was being renovated and that they didn't need to find a new one, only the then give them notice to leave a few weeks later. The list goes on! Awful lot and always churning through staff

I bought through Tamworth Property Co from Dan Watson and engaged them to lease my property, Steph McKay was dealing with me and she was amazing to work with, always returned my calls and answered all my queries also managed to find me a tenant in only a couple of weeks, highly recommended them.

We had a bit of a dodgy experience when one of the receptionist/ consultants leaked our personal and financial information (how much we were paying in rent ect and questioned how we could afford moving into our own home) to some people that we knew that obviously relayed the information back to us, we did report it I diddnt hear anything back on it however. But beside that Our property manager (Lesley) was awsome! Always very quick onto any issue and made renting comfortable and enjoyable honestly the best in the buisness Both moving in and moving out of our rental was super easy

Unfortunately my experience was not a very nice or great experience with the property management team from property co especially Narelle,I was renting for years and always paid my rent and took good care of my Property and never had a bad name with any real estate over many years as I'm elderly always had a good rental reference , Then all of a sudden they told me to leave and when I left they stole my bond I was in the property for years and because the owner wanted over 300 dollars for a tiny unit and I said no they chucked me out The owners of this property is very bad to deal with as well they were very rude and disgusting even tho I rented off them for years Narelle is also rude and discriminative she discriminated against a man for not being able to move in the property for being a male and told him no he's not clean enough also being Aboriginal Do not rent from them save the trouble they also only tried to give me 2 days to move out of the property as the rent was due Also as they are friends with the owners they treated tenants with disrespect and the owners said because they were friends with the real-estate agent Narelle they can do whatever they want and treated. Me with such disrespect after many years of renting with them
