This has been the worst real estate agency I’ve ever dealt with. Not only did they fail to properly manage my property, but the communication from staff was rude, dismissive, and at times completely unprofessional. My property was brand new when management began, and after only two years under their supervision, it had significantly deteriorated. The final condition report was completed inaccurately and did not reflect the true state of the property. Just four days later, after a friend drove past and raised concerns, we inspected the property ourselves and discovered it was nowhere near the condition that had been reported. I raised these issues with the directors, Dee and Chris, with evidence but instead of addressing the concerns, I was told they would not be assisting further. Since then, my emails have largely been ignored, and any attempts to seek accountability have been met with passive-aggressive responses and accusations that my concerns were “abusive,” despite me simply asking why the property had not been properly managed. Throughout the process, responsibility was constantly shifted elsewhere. My bond was released, and I have now been left with around $10,000 worth of issues to repair, leaving the property unable to be rented. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend others think carefully before using this agency.

The start of the process with Chad was great, but fell apart after that. Times for open houses were not discussed with us until asked and then we were told we had to leave the property twice in one day to allow for 2 open houses 2 hours apart. We were talked up prior to our open house about how much interest we had, then only had one person walk through. When we accepted the offer, we agreed to a 5% deposit on the house and found out that our realtor approved bonding the deposit without telling us or sourcing our approval. The only contact we received after the offer was to ask where our keys were and were informed the new buyer would be doing their final inspection at a certain time. No discussion regarding our availability, just told it would happen at a certain time with no regards to our schedule. If they had had a set of keys, they would have just turned up without notice when we had already told them we were not occupying yet (4 days prior to proposed settlement). We were then spammed with requests for feedback on every platform prior to settlement even going through. When we dropped the keys off and gave our details, the front office staff told us they would do our bond inspection later that day (they thought we were renters handing back the keys for a rental property vacation) and we had no confidence that our keys would be handled correctly or sent to the right person. We were not contacted by our agent when our buyers were delayed with settlement or to congratulate us on the final settlement when it went through. I received better service on the home we bought through a different realtor. Very disappointed considering we paid $17K in commission for them to do one open house (house sold off market) and then ghost us with us doing all the follow up.
