This Strata Manager is the reason I have just sold my unit in Bathurst. They were very difficult to deal with and took more than two years to fix a major issue in the bathroom. I was unable to rent the unit for nine months whilst they worked on fixing the problem. I feel as though there was never any urgency in their actions and it should never have taken this long.

Rang Jake after there contractor destroyed a hedge on our property that was our side fence used as privacy to our pool sent photos as he requested to show they had entered our property with no contact before or after the fact I asked for our fence that was in the middle of the hedge to be fixed as our dogs keep getting out Now you can’t get a response from him doesn’t like being shown they have caused damage to someone’s property or that they are responsible for fixing it Pathetic way to run a company

Had a lot of better interactions since my initial review, which I should have updated a long time ago but completely forgot about. BSM do pretty well, but it does depend on who you end up speaking to, as one person doesn't seem to quite be on the ball. Jill and Jake have so far been the most helpful :)

Building is on top shape, extremely up to date with maintenance and repairs. Jake was a great help and I couldn’t be happier Thanks Jake Highly recommend

I found Bathurst Strata Management very efficient and easy to deal with. Recommended.

Disgraceful company. Major structural safety issues have taken months to address. Don’t answer emails. Don’t return phone calls. When they do action an issue it is the absolute minimum response possible. Definitely don’t recommend.
