I'm not one to make judgments unless something deeply moves or infuriates me. Today, however, I'm writing this because I'm so moved! Nathan Terry is in charge of my apartment project on Mary Ave. He visits every tenant to understand their needs and solve their problems. He even goes to the bungings to buy grass seed, plant the lawn, and personally sets up clotheslines to help the owners reduce costs. He treats the property like his own, and his goal is to bring smiles to the faces of both owners and tenants. I'm so lucky to have him manage my property!
