We live out of town, so it was great to work with Property Chase (Ben and Helen) as we didn't have the time to follow the market. They were friendly, honest and really went out of their way to help answer all our questions. They try and get the result for you every time. We would recommend them to everyone.

Ben and Helen were great to deal with from start to finish. A very good overview of the entire process was provided at the beginning of our engagement and was stuck to as much as possible amid the market conditions. Ben personally inspected over 20 properties during the search period and we only put in offers on 2 or 3 from memory - he will only recommend properties that he can absolutely stand behind in the long run. In a rising market these offers were unsuccessful, which resulted in the search timeframe taking almost 6 months. This did not phase Ben as he was unwilling to jump into something that he didn’t think was a good property, as well as being good value for money. Eventually he found an off market option - I distinctly remember this property being the first one Ben got genuinely excited about - and we ended up being successful in our offer. This was purchased for under market value due to the circumstances of the sale and has, in the 3 months to date since settlement, been a stress free venture in all aspects. Ben was very helpful for me as first time property buyer throughout the entire sale/settlement process and even after settlement, going around to assist the tenant with the installation of a wall mounted clothesline on his own time. I have not had any hassles with Ben and Helen in any aspect of their service and can highly recommend them to anyone looking at getting into property either residential or investment in the toowoomba/greater brisbane region.
