Dear Dianne OKeefe. You need to refund me for the stay through booking.com where I had to find a card for a hotel room amongst tons sites in a key box and you sent me an email on the day of stay saying I needed to be out by 10am that day and the email was sent after that date and time of departure

Pursued this Agent before he completed the listing for the house i wanted to buy, so he already had me as a keep buyer, and didn't have the property open for Insection. Therefore claiming a very profitable commission for no work from his firm. The existing Tenants requested to renew the lease. I agreed With acknowledgement of an increase in rent from the date of settlement . This was never put into place with the excuse they We're not the managing agent and costing me several Thousand dollars over months of correcting the documents. Notwithstanding there was no acknowledgement of his Neglegence wiith the classic All Care and Smiles until there is a problem . NEEDLESS TO SAY THE bonus Welcome Pack never Arrived.

River Heads is a lovely place to live . The only thing : It has no public transport. A lot of homes are built on a half acre which is great !!! We’ve lived here for over nine years and been very happy . We are now elderly so are planning to sell even though we love the area . We now need some assistance, hence the possibility of moving. Views are great here and River Heads is close to anything needed . A very decent place to live . 🫶🐠🌞

Beware renters and landlords - Property Brokerage lacks integrity and the ability to undertake basic administration! **Quick edit as Brian's property brokerage response to this review has rejected the claims of his lack of integrity and professionalism. I felt it important to point out that Brian appears to have have lied once again! Not only did he know when he replied that he'd sort it out, after knowing that he wouldn't, I have also found out from my new agent, they never removed the other tenant from the lease (from January) AND made it clear that it was my problem to sort? What's Brian's job? Not telling the truth apparently - watch yourself around him!** I have had a horrible experience with this lazy property agency. After my previous housemate (ex partner) had left in January and moved out, we had submitted signed forms to correct bond contributors in January based on instructions provided by property brokerage & with cooperation from my ex who signed these forms. Found out in May that these hadn't been submitted by Property Brokerage, when I received a notification from the RTA advising that my bond had been updated by property brokerage but still had my ex partner on it. It was then sent on to the real estate agent again to complete on the 13/5, to which Brian said he would. Brian did not. Then when I spoke to Brian today - he claimed that he never received the signed forms, however he still somehow managed to reply to the email with the attached forms on the 13 May advising that he would 'sort it out'. After not hearing back, and then finding out that my property manager was changing (I was advised Friday 30 May), I then sought to find out whether these rental forms had been submitted to the RTA. When I called Brian on the 4/06 to find out if they had been submitted and if not, why, Brian claimed that they never received the signed forms. When i referred to the email, he then changed his story to the owners changing as the reason he didn't submit it. I asked why he didn't think to let me know and also challenged him Brian didn't seem to care about how his inaction has impacted on me. I acknowledge that the agent that I was dealing with left the business sometime after i sent her the original forms in January, which may have been an explanation for not having it done originally, however the resulting changing excuses, non-answers and lack of accountability by Brian for an issue that they have created in the follow up is not acceptable. When I asked Brian why if he wasn't planning to send the forms after saying he'd sort it, he didn't contact me to let me know that, Brian claimed that they were advised the owner was moving agencies. Clearly didn't care about the expectation he sent in his email to me?! Frustrated, I hung up on Brian who seemed keen for me to make a complaint, and so to not disappoint Brian, I will follow up with the office of fair trade to challenge the integrity of Property Brokerage's processes. I have since found out that Property Brokerage was advised on 29/04 by the owners, 2 weeks prior to Brian advising me that he would "sort it". I appreciate why the property owner has chosen to take their business away from property brokerage, as they can't manage simple administrative tasks like sending a form into the RTA, and an inability to meet expectations that they have set themselves ("I will sort it"). Landlords, be wary of this agency and steer clear - probably why the current property owner has gone elsewhere. Renters, look elsewhere!

Knows the market, professional and very responsive. Ed was terrific. He gave us an accurate appraisal, old school professional service and was very responsive to all communication. We were lucky to have him as our agent. He went above and beyond to ensure our house was perfect for sale, as we live in Brisbane, he organised multiple aspects of the property refinements to make it ready for sale. He was definitely in our corner throughout the whole process. We would highly recommend Ed’s services.

I would strongly advise against renting through Property Brokerage. Our experience with them has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Despite overpaying rent (no fault of ours, they did not close our account and paid our money to the owner and then to another real estate business), they have repeatedly refused to return our money to OUR bank account. They ignore calls and emails, providing no resolution, and instead, offer false promises and misleading information. It has become clear that this company lacks professionalism and transparency. Dealing with them has been an ongoing struggle, and I would not recommend this business to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for a property rental service!
