I am extremely disappointed by how I have been treated. I have relocated to Sydney and gave ample time and communicated with my real estate agent, Nicky Davies the date I vacated. I have always paid my rent within due date, I have only had an inspection once during my whole time I was staying at 4 Scarlet place. I had commented on rain water seeping through the house during heavy rain but there was nothing done about it. The blinds were damaged when I first moved in and I had to enquire numerous times to get them fixed and in the end requested the homeowner to install curtain rods out of my own expense. But despite not addressing my concerns, I have treated the property as my home and kept it clean. I have only had contact over miscommunication with rent as they confused me with another tenant and demanded more rent from me. And lastly, despite me preparing the house I was told the grass was overgrown and expected to pay for house cleaning and garden maintenance services with my full bond. I have vacated the property for several weeks by this point but still offered to garden maintenance costs with receipts but was denied. I think this is appalling behavior since I have already moved to Sydney and cannot view the so called overgrown lawn and criticized for my cleaning. I feel like they have take advantage of me and I feel like my bond was taken unjustly. I do not recommend renting from this real estate based on my personal experience and in person I have had a poor experience with Nicky Davies.

Don’t trust this realestate agency with your bond money while renting. It’s been a year still haven’t heard anything from them apart from asking bank details. Rang them more than 30 times.

Di Calder was the Real Estate Agent who helped us buy our house in Port Macquarie, we were still living in Sydney at the time.
