Phil Gray is the best agent in town. As a conveyancer, I saw that Phil gained higher prices for vendors than other agencies, surpassing vendor's expectations. He worked the hardest, even mowing lawns for vendors while they were away to keep their properties well presented. So, I commissioned Phil to sell my property, knowing he would work hard and gain the best offer. He didn't disappoint. He held open for inspections every weekend, including Easter. He sold my property in less than a month and attracted a higher price than I expected. He could have sold it for a lesser price even though it would have made no difference to his fixed commission, but he wanted the best outcome for me. Phil's commission was very reasonable.
