We rented a property through Melbourne Boutique Property for almost four years and had a largely positive experience during our tenancy. While the property did sustain some damages that we were willing to rectify, the move-out process was unfortunately handled very poorly. Communication with our realtor, Kim Davey, was inconsistent, with significant delays and limited follow-up, which further prolonged the resolution of these matters. While we appreciate the earlier years of smooth tenancy, the lack of professionalism at the end was disappointing. For this reason, I cannot recommend this realtor.
