est. Real Estate

I think my experience is different from other reviews. I have been trying to reach Jeffrey for about two weeks now regarding a property that I am interested to inspect/buy. He doesn’t communicate properly. Whatever may be the situation, a client would like to be provided with an update of what’s going on. I have never experienced like this with any other agents before. Real estate agents are usually very protective. So,if you are trying to sell a property and wondering why you are not getting any buyers, consider it as a possibility of agent messing up in between.

We had a fantastic experience working with Jeffrey. He was professional, reliable, and took care of all the details. Jeffrey’s communication was clear and timely, and he negotiated very well on our behalf. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

It has been a pleasure dealing with Jeffrey. He was professional, respectful of all parties & transparent throughout the whole process of us selling our unit. He kept us fully informed from beginning to end and went above and beyond to ensure we, the buyer and the tenant were all looked after. He conducts all his business with integrity and honestly which we really appreciated. We would absolutely look to engage Jeff & the est. team for any property requirements in the future. Highly recommend.

Jeff had previously managed our granny flat rental very professionally. When we decided to sell our home two years after ceasing to rent the granny flat, Jeff was our obvious choice to go to. Jeff was been extremely patient and helpful in guiding us through the process of setting up the house for the sale. We observed his dealing with potential buyers in a very empathetic but firm manner. The way he conducted negotiations can only described as very professional, which resulted in an amicable sale. Not only did Jeff assist us with the sale process, he also guided us through the purchasing process of our new home. Both Jeff and his partner Roland are exemplary examples of real estate professionals. We wish we had more than 5 stars to rate est. Mala and Sutha

Jeffrey is a very professional, responsible and fair property manager. I was the tenant for one of the properties he is managing for a couple of years and now I am looking forward to utilizing his professional services to buy my first home. Thank you Jeffrey!

Jeffrey Wan took on the management of our property (a recommendation from a friend) after a very painful experience at another agency. He has been an very good advisor and is generous with his time to explain to us things we don't understand. It is a breath of fresh air and we are very grateful.

I've had a few property managers over the years and I can say without doubt, Jeff and his team at Est is by far and away the most exceptional. He's always on top of the commercials as well as the maintenance. He goes above and beyond what's expected, attends the property to act on your behalf when you can't be there in person. It is literally like having a family member helping you look after your asset. I have never heard him say he can't or he's too busy. I have never had to chase up or rectify any issue that Jeff has attended to as it gets done right the first time. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.
