Very disappointing experience. Communication was poor, and issues throughout the tenancy were not handled professionally or resolved promptly. The overall experience was stressful and frustrating. Would not recommend.

Very unprofessional and are hard to communicate with when it comes time to getting maintenance done it never happens you get told there sending someone and 6 month goes by moved into a property yard had grass and burs up to your waist , realestate didn’t get the house or the lawns done there was rubbish in the sheds of the property, had the lighting fall out off the roof in the bathroom and had live wires exposed electrician said the bathroom had been done dodgy and so had the electrical work overall poor experience of a realestate and we needed up breaking lease it was so horrible would not recommend if I could give a 0 star rating I would…..

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and negligence shown by this agency. I have rented many times before, and I have never experienced such a poor level of service. The responses I have received from both Donna and Amy have been absolutely appalling. They have shown a total lack of accountability regarding ongoing issues. Furthermore, the maintenance management is non-existent. I am still waiting for repairs on several issues that were logged through the app a long time ago. Despite my follow-ups, neither Donna nor Amy has provided an estimated date for these repairs. They also continue to ignore documented evidence from the entry report attempting to avoid their clear maintenance responsibilities. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a rental to avoid this agency. The disregard for tenant safety and the unprofessional communication from the staff is deeply concerning.

Had to break lease early then was charged way more than what I should have been for a clean up…..the house was left exactly as it was when I moved in and I made sure of it….then I paid an extra weeks rent which was returned to me and then they returned it AGAIN and now I’m being blacklisted bc of a screw up they made that I had asked about but could not fix as I was in an out of hospital and was a key reason for why I had to break lease to begin with The place was better managed under sj shooter and there team needs to do better at not making screw ups

These guys are great, they managed two of my investment properties. I’m based in Sydney and Lisa, Gabby and the team do a fantastic job. They keeping on top of the rent, maintenance, leases and are very professional and efficient. It’s made the whole process stress free and easy. Highly recommend

Absolute trouble. Do not care about tenants. Had someone trespass onto my rental to change a sensor light out the back of my house with no warning that it was happening. Emailed Dubbo realestate agency only for them to tell me “they must have gone to the wrong house and accidentally changed the light” - this is just one of the many incidents we had. Absolute chaos renting through them.

I've dealt with Dubbo Real Estate Agency twice, and both times were very pleasant. Property Managers (Alayna & Elwyn) had been very responsive and helping when needed. All concerns raised had been addressed and fixed by them. I highly recommend dealing with DREA. Very professional and responsive.
