:Different managed our central coast investment property for around 5 years. They were great with communication and very reasonable priced. The tenant also gave great reviews around response times. The app based platform was easy to use. Angela was our primary point of contact and always went above and beyond. We sold the property recently and Angela was the primary contact for our agent, solicitor, buyers agent and buyers solicitor. We would definitely work with :Different again, and if we did, would be personally requesting Angela as the manager!

I’m genuinely impressed with the entire experience with Different so far! The app and online inspection report are incredibly simple and easy to use — very well designed. A special shout-out to Angela M., who provided outstanding support throughout the entire leasing process, from the contract stage to key handover. I was overseas at the time of contract signature, and her communication via email was prompt, clear, and efficient, making everything so smooth. Her professionalism and care truly made a difference. The Agency staff Angela and her support team are top excellent team in helping us during searching suitable apartment, living in and moving out process. It has been our wonderful stay for the nearly two years near the Darling Harbour residence area! Highly appreciate!

Waited between 10am and 2pm for a routine inspection of the apartment I’m currently renting which was planned 2 weeks in advance, and the assigned property manager didn’t show up (Rebecca). She also did not try to contact me in any way, I have no idea if she was running late or had simply forgotten. I think Different should be aware of this sloppiness and take action to prevent it happening again. Many thanks to Angela though, always very professional and responsive.

Angela is hands down the most professional property manager I’ve ever worked with.
