Very much enjoyed our experience selling through Bob Berry Real Estate. Both Jane Donald and Elle Roberts knew the market very well. They provided a comprehensive marketing approach that was able to hit the target market in a short space of time, with a lot of interest in the 2 weeks the property was on the market. They worked hard to meet potential buyers timeframes to view the property, and assisted to make sure the property was presented well at each viewing. Communication was open and easy through the whole process, and we are very satisfied with the result!

Buyer Beware: Misleading conduct and zero transparency. My offer was accepted in writing on Friday. I requested the Saturday open home be cancelled, but the agent (Jane Donald) refused, verbally assuring me they would inform all attendees that an offer was already accepted and only place new parties on a "reserved list." This was entirely misleading. The agent instead spent the weekend actively soliciting new bids. By Monday, they reneged on previously agreed contract clauses and pressured me to increase my offer to a higher price. When confronted about these broken promises, the agency was dismissive and refused to acknowledge their deceptive communication. While gazumping is legal in NSW, agents have a statutory duty to act with honesty and fairness. I have officially reported this agency to NSW Fair Trading for a full audit of their digital offer logs and professional conduct. If you deal with this agent, ensure every single verbal promise is backed by written confirmation immediately. I strongly recommend buyers avoid this office to avoid this level of unprofessionalism.
