Save yourself the trouble of having to chase up rent due, not being informed of payment plans you didn’t agree to. Confidentiality breaches by email and poor communication with after hours repairs. Promises made and not kept, inspections not performed thoroughly.mixing up clients (helped to us twice once with a bee incident another with plumbing) I do not recommend. We have two houses with barker for nearly 2 years and won’t be renewing with them.
